Research:

            I have always been interested in what food I eat, and our food supply.  I spent last summer working at SoyFACE for the maize experiment, where we were exploring the genomic basis for ozone tolerance in maize. I declared my major in Crop Sciences this year and am planning to continue working in the Leakey lab contributing to the amazing research that is going on.
