Allie Arp

Research Project: Realizing Increased Photosynthetic Efficiency (RIPE)

Allie Arp is the communications manager for the RIPE project at the University of Illinois. For RIPE, Allie will be developing and implementing a communications strategy to promote the work of RIPE researchers through web, print, social, and earned media. Allie earned her bachelor's degree in public relations/professional writing from the University of Northern Iowa and later went on to receive her master's degree in mass communications & journalism/agricultural education from Iowa State University. She has eight years of research communcations experience, including five in agriculture. ​​​​​​​
