Research:         

Jeanaflor Crystal T. Concepcion (Crystal) is a Postdoctoral Research Associate in Professor Lisa Ainsworth’s team under the Realizing Increased Photosynthetic Efficiency project at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Her research goals encompass understanding the molecular-genetic and biochemical mechanisms underlying variations in leaf shape and canopy architecture of crop genotypes using genomics coupled with targeted and untargeted metabolomics.
