Research Interests: Her current research is primarily focused on the investigation of epidermal patterning factors through the genetic manipulation of stomatal density in Sorghum. Her goal is to reduce stomatal density, a strategy that could enhance water-use efficiency (WUE) in crops, ultimately contributing to sustainable agriculture and environmental conservation.
